Scope of Service

Services provided by Aimexa will be as agreed in project documentation, quotations, or service contracts. Any changes to the agreed scope must be submitted in writing and are subject to revised timelines and pricing.

Payment Terms

• All payments must be made as per agreed milestones outlined in the service contract.
• Late payments may result in service delays or applicable penalties as specified in the agreement.
• Invoices are due within the timeframe stated unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared project details, business strategies, technical information, and any other proprietary data exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Aimexa until full payment has been received.
• Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
• Aimexa retains the right to display completed work in portfolios unless a specific confidentiality agreement is in place.

Limitation of Liability

Aimexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Any refunds, if applicable, will follow the refund policy outlined at the time of contract execution. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.

Jurisdiction

All agreements and matters relating to the use of Aimexa services are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Legal jurisdiction for any disputes shall fall under the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
